The Train

Today

The train left me hanging

As seconds turned to minutes

and minutes turned to hours

I waited

But looking back

there is nothing

Nothing

but an illusion

Then  maybe

this is the end

this is the sign

that I should stop

Because maybe

the train

never existed

at all.
